Neo France! I've heard this place has a very interesting museum where you can get lost for days if you're not careful. Would anyone like to come?

(Seiren thinks about it for a second before nodding.)

I think that sounds good. I've passed Neo-France a few times but never actually had the chance to look around. It might be interesting to take everything in.

You will have the chance now then, Miss Seiren! I've heard this place is a very big cultural and tourist center. Well, when it's not under attack by giant spiders, at least.

(Seiren gives a small laugh.)

I believe violent giant spiders have a natural tendency making areas not as welcoming.

I've wanted to come here for a long time. I wanted to take in the art and culture since I was a little girl...before the Second Impact. Now that I actually have the chance, I don't know what to do. Funny, isn't it?

Well, you know what they say... It's about the journey, not the destination!

I suppose. I guess we could just wander aimlessly until we find something to do. It might be better that way. In truth I need time to think. A lot of things have happened recently and just taking time and forgetting about all the troubles is needed.

Oh, but I don't want to wander aimlessly. I want to visit the giant museum!

You mean like the Louvre? That is a good idea. I think it would be interesting to look at all the pieces of art inside it. Is any one else going?

A lot of people! Well, several. I think the museum is big enough for all of them, right?

You don't have to worry about that Rain. The Louvre is massive. It was built originally as a palace so it can hold hundreds of people.

Do you know who built it? I wonder why they gave it away... Do you think that person still visits the place from time to time?

I don't know who had it built. If I remember correctly, the palace was completed some time in the 1500s. So whoever ordered it to be built has been dead for a long time.

That's... at least 200 years, I believe?

[Lily is not good at human calendar.]

Robots can live that long without any problems, though. Some of the people on Cosmic Ark are really old!

...Yeah it has been more than 200 years.

Yes but this was before the spring of technology Rain. We didn't have robots back then. That and the person who started it all was a normal human.

Not only are humans fragile, but you also live for a short time... Isn't it sad?

(Seiren looks down in thought.)

Nothing lives forever Rain. It's just one of those facts of life. I think that is why we humans try to live such fulfilling lives. We want to experience so much because we know that we can't live that long.

It's not really different for us, though. Robots at Cosmic Ark try to live their lives to their fullest too! But we can't die from old age, and it's hard to permanently kill us...

I wish humans were more durable.
