Walkabout - Journeys Beginning

[It was early on Friday morning that Dita and several other pilots flew off into the distance. Keying in her route, she smiled as she contacted the others, all who had asked to come along on this journey, and those who were brought along for various reasons.
It was here that she laid back in her chair.]
All right everyone, in about twenty minutes we'll exceed the usual communications distance for ships our size. If you want to say anything to anyone on the chalice, now's a good time.

[Later on, said group was camped out at the base of China's old Great Wall and Dita's taking pictures of it.]
Our travel destination will take us around to Malaysia and then back up to meet the others. For now, just relax, and try to explore the area. We've already scanned for people, so talk among yourselves. We'll be reaching our first point in a day or so.
