[A dose of Rim's coffee may have revived Laura enough to help out against HALO and Alessandra's strongest tea may have kept her going through a little of the post-victory jubilation, but it didn't take long for fatigue to return in force and only now, hours later, has she revived enough to potter about the ship looking for people to congratulate

Just a little. But it gives us a chance to set up a bit! [Dita smiled at Laura, gesturing her inside.]

[Laura takes in the decor.] It's very... you, Dita.

I've always liked it. [With pink sheets and a nice extended part of the room into a private bath and alien UFO-catcher-type stuff everywhere, it was very Dita. There was also a nice table there too for them to sit around.]

Have a seat. We'll just wait for the others before we begin!

Actually, just Christine now.

[And cue Julia's arrival as well! She thought it time to finally take Dita up on her offers, especially with such high stakes battles won.]

Ha... and it's good to feel one less shadow looming over all of us.

[Laura takes a seat and pokes a bobbleheaded representation of what it seems Mejire popular culture considers the image of masculinity. It looks alien indeed.]

Makes things seem a little more manageable, doesn't it?

[And the last to arrive? Christine. Who is very, very uncomfortable in this situation]

No you're just in time! Come on in and settle down! [Dita was happy. Everyone was arriving just right on time! It was nice.]

I'll go get the tea started!

[Settling in, Julia couldn't help but giggle a little at all of this.]

This is all kinda amusing when you think about it. Some people celebrate victory with beef and loud music... we're doing it with tea.

Actually, Alessandra was serving tea right after HALO was beaten. I think she might have the apparatus for it built in to her mech, though.

As far as I'm concerned, caffeine and good company make for a pretty nice celebration all by themselves.

[Christine shifts her away over to a seat, settling down. She's really uncomfortable here. The fact that she's celebrating with others like this? Throwing her off her game.]

It... feels weird doing this. You guys do this all the time?

Just now actually. Its a Mejirian treat really to have tea with friends and then we can do things like discuss friends and awesome other things too!

[Returns with tea set and a cute kimono.] Anyone else want to dress up for tonight?

[Oh hey, kimono.]

... I think I'd be up for it. I've never really done that before... aren't kimonos really hard to put on?

That sounds like fun! Although... yeah... I don't actually know how to wear one of those.

I can help you all into one! It'll be fun, and I even got colors for you too! [And Dita produced three in pink, red and blue!]

[And so Julia takes the red one, looking at it a bit for a moment before looking up again.]
