...I'm not trained in Devices, so I don't know for certain, and she's not exactly like anything I've seen before, either. But I think she'll be fine. She pushed the Fury beyond its limits, which passed strain to her, I suspect. It's not uncommon with mages where I come from, at least. She just needs rest... or in her case, likely repairs.

That sounds equivalent, yes. Except that you have your nanomachines to fix you up when something happens. So if you push yourself too hard, you'll be tired and maybe sick for a while, but you'll get better on your own.

Mages like myself have to wait for our magic to stabilize, and repair our Devices; I'm assuming something similar is true for Tatsu. She burned a little too much power, so her body will need to be inspected to see if anything is broken, and the Fury is seriously damaged. It'll be a little bit before she's really "okay", but she's probably not in danger.

Yes. I pushed myself a little too hard today, put a little too much power into that last cannon I threw out. My magic will be a bit weak for a while, and Durandal needs to get looked at, but it's nothing serious.

Were you hurt, Arika? I admit I didn't have a lot of attention to spare out there.

My chest hurts a little bit, but I'm sure the nanomachines'll fix it.
