Twentieth Discovery

Okay. It took a while, because we didn't have power in the living quarters for a few days and I'm sure you can imagine that working on your computer in the dining room can be a bit of a pain, but I have gathered and thought up several rescue plans. The details are still in the works, but the general idea of each goes like this:

1. Direct assault
The simplest idea - we send in an on-foot team to the Adventus base to recover our friends. They must be either very stealthy, very strong, or both, and above all they have to work fast. Dita, Laura and others already have good ideas on who should be in the squad, so all credit goes to them.
Potential problems: The squad might meet too much resistance. If Adventus discovers us, who knows what they'll do to the prisoners.

2. Assault with distraction
Our mecha attack the Adventus base and provide a distraction, and in the same time the on-foot team sneaks into their base to recover the prisoners. Once they're done, we all scram.
Potential problems: I'm sure there will be a lot of Adventus suits at their base. This battle will be a tough one.

3. Underground assault
We use robots with digging abilities to make a tunnel to the Adventus base, which the on-foot team uses to recover the prisoners.
Potential problems: Depending on where the base is located, this might not be possible (if it's flying for example). We need to be careful not to drill through our friends by accident.

4. Gas attack
We fill the Adventus base with sleeping gas, and then send in the on-foot team to recover out friends before everyone wakes up.
Potential problems: This won't work on Lucas or his androids, and any other Adventus who set up precautions. We still will face some resistance.

5. EMP attack
We drop an EMP bomb on the Adventus base that'll disable all their electronics and robots.
Potential problems: Where do we get an EMP pulse of this strength? This might hinder our team too, by locking automated doors and such.

6. Smash'em from the inside
We send everyone whose robots can grow or be summoned out of nowhere into the Adventus base. Inside, they summon their robots and wreck it from the inside.
Potential problems: Do we have enough people who can do that?

7. Deception
We send in some people good at lying their asses off who pretend that they're from another Adventus base and have to transfer the prisoners there.
Potential problems: This has a very high chance of failing if we don't learn enough about how Adventus operates on the inside.

8. Orbital attack
We drop Mr President in the Metal Wolf on the Adventus base from orbit, then pick out the prisoners from the rubble.
Potential problems: How do we get him there? There's a high chance our friends might get hurt too.

That's all I got so far. I think a combination of a gas attack with either an underground attack or a distraction will work best, but give me input. Maybe you have a better plan than any of those. If anyone can think of a faster way on how to actually find the Adventus base, that'd be excellent too.
