[Honestly, when Kazuki'd been hauled away again he'd almost expected to have to experience RGNK's music again. Surprise surprise though, he's finding himself facing the blond guy he'd seen running around the Chalice a few days ago. He only spares Lucas's stump a single solitary glance and then just settles as comfortably as he can in his char.]

What you pilot is very important to Adventus, it shows what kind of person you are as well as how likely you are to disarm on your own.

I suspect in your case, not very likely. As the Festum will be there whether we disarm the entire planet or not.

[It's because of him that Soushi can't pilot at all. Not only that, have to stay on the sideline and support all the other pilots all at once. He had no intention of walking away from that while Soushi was still fighting as well. And then there was Ryo...]

So what's Adventus's plan to deal with the Festum after all the machines are dismantled?

[His tone is dull and unfeeling. He doesn't really expect a decent answer at all. Ryo hadn't died just so he could pilot a machine that wouldn't be necessary in the fight against those things.]

The Angels, the Invaders... Well, I think you have spent more time fighting them than I have.

Oh I am well aware of my own rather hypocritical place in all of this. And it would not be the first time I have considered leaving.

Fact is, Adventus has resources I require. Until I find another way to acquire those resources, I have little choice but to follow them, blunders and all.
