Yeah... [He's obviously still thinking more about one of them more in particular than the others.] I guess I should've expected the Robot Masters to show up. They said they were after power sources...

And Phaezon would have made a great power source, no matter how dangerous it was.

I don't know. I've never seen him before. That's why I'm going to ask Dr. Light about it.
