"Very impressive." Haman barges in as the simulation ends, leaning on the back of his chair. "It's been a long time since I've seen someone loose to many times in a row." She crossed her arms a little, and smirked.
Haman hadn't come just to mock him, that wouldn't be a good thing for moral would it? "Oh wow, that is a bit sad." She looked down, and smirked. "But your obviously determined, and sometimes, that kind of determination makes the best mobile suit pilots in the end. We can't call be..." Newtypes "...naturals."
What the hell was it about this boy...?
"I think what you really need, is a good trainer. Beating yourself up, and loosing repeatedly obviously isn't teaching you anything." She meant this in the best way possible, for Haman anyways. Not everyone could become an ace pilot on their own. Every hero needs a mentor.
Not true!....he was taking more time to get killed. At any rate, he raised an eyebrow at Haman. He didn't even realize she was a pilot. Had that been what he felt earlier when he first met her?
"And let me take a shot in the dark here: you want to be that trainer?" He sounded skeptical. Sure, she had helped him before, but that was just making prison time less annoying.
Haman threw her head back and laughed out loud. "Me? Train you! You must be kidding. I've got much better things to do than train someone with so little skill." She smirked deviously and put her hands on her hips. "But I bet I could help you find someone that could get you to a level where I could teach you." Haman could think of a few people on this ship already. Judah wasn't a loss cause, but with caring for Mineva as will as her other duties she had no time to build him from the ground up. But if he could improve even a little bit...
Judau line-faced. It was amazing how this woman could put him down and raise hope at the same time.
"I ain't that bad off..." Anymore, kinda sorta....okay it was hard to argue with that score. "And what makes ya think I would need another trainer? Besides, who would be the other? Already got Roux riding me."

"Well I am pretty powerful. I'm certain I would find someone." She stroked her chin thoughtfully. "Don't get me wrong kid, I can see your have potential, but the fine tuning needs work, but with Mineva here, I don't get much time to myself these days."
Haman was deep in thought for a moment, before she put her hand on the boy's shoulder. "If I can't find someone to help you out, then I'll do it myself." Haman was a bit baffled on why this boy mattered so damn much. Really, what was he to her? Nothing... but something... something made her want to help him, help him become the pilot he obviously wanted to be.
"I don't care about your little girlfriends, I care about having a skilled person in battle who I can trust out there. I care about seeing you achieve something better than 150 losses in a row. I don't know why I care, but I just do."

"Uh huh..." Judau still sounded skeptical. And his attitude wasn't improving in the slightest. "Fine, whatever. You guys wanna train me, I ain't gonna stop ya."
It took him a few seconds for him to glare a bit though. "We ain't together. She'd sooner blast a siren in my ear, and I'd sooner use a foghorn on her too!"
And yes, there was an earpiece on him for communication. Hopefully Roux wasn't nearby...

"I didn't lose that many ti--"
And to cut him off, the screen showed the win loss ratio...or just the loss ratio at any rate. Again, Judau growled.
"You don't have to rub it in!"
