It's the end of the week parade. After this, there's a big performance by the singers and dancers on the stage.

... just pass the popcorn. [God, the crowd for the parade was big.]

[Allenby hands her the choco-popcorn and grins as she takes a handful. Soon enough, huge floats in the shapes of the mascots are trundling down with the actual tiny mascots waving from the top of them.]

[Rosie chomped along on the snacks. It was satisfying just to put a little extra of anything in her stomach.]

I'm not sure what it is about this I don't see. It's just a big wasteful spectacle...
