Current Events
-Following a small attack in India which was stopped by the EDF, a new alien force has been found. No official word has been given on their identity or intentions, but rumor has it that they are still present in the solar system.
-All around Tokyo, sightings of the digital monsters known as "digimon" have been increasing. Several people even reported digimon being controlled by humans (usually children), and fighting against others of their kind.
EDF Announcements
-The new enemies that attacked during the Dai-Ganzan Capture mission have been identified as extraterrestrial invaders, serving as an army under an unknown entity named Andross. Long-range scanners have detected the bulk of their fleet currently residing somewhere in the asteroid belt.
-The Dai-Ganzan was captured successfully. It has been transfered to the hangar.
-Ensign Shiro Amada was found alive in the mountains and has returned to base today. He is to be confined to quarters until seen in military tribunal.
-The RX-79[G] Gundam was destroyed in the field.
Mission: The Advent of Diana
A second peace talk between the Earth and Diana Counter is taking place at a ball in New Zealand. As a neutral party, the EDF has been requested by both sides to guard the event. In the interest of promoting peace, we have, of course, agreed.
-This is a planned mission. your characters will be aware and will have time to react and respond in their journals.
-The mission will take place on Saturday, October 18th, at 8:00 PM.
-Characters from the following series are advised to participate in this mission:

Mission: Oni Fire
A new kind of Oni monster threatens to destroy the EDF base, and a new enemy among the Divine Crusaders takes the opportunity to strike.
-This is a spontaneous mission. your characters will not be aware of the mission until immediately before it starts, and thus cannot make any posts regarding it until after the mission is completed.
-The mission will take place sometime between Thursday, October 23th, and Monday, October 27th. To sign up for this mission, reply with the dates and times you are available.
