Though costly, the GDF thwarted Janus and Saturnus' concordance.
Mission Summary
Outside ID-1 Front Summary
The participants in this front were:
Allenby Beardsleyd
Arado Balanga
Domon Kasshu
Raidese F. Branstein
Seolla Schweiter
Shiro Hawthorne
Tasuku Shinguji
The hectic encounter began when three Silentium units, two Advance Probes and one unidentified unit teleported on the inside of ID-1's shields. The probes attempted to scan ID-1, but the station's preventative measures safeguarded ID-1 from this, leading Imperatus Saturnus, piloting the mystery unit Aetas, to demand the information on the ID-1's computer core. As expected by Silentium and any GDF soldier, the GDF refused to give surrender and give in to the demands of the enemy and deployed units.
Saturnus' Aetas began the battle with a snap of its ball jointed fingers, instantly summoning a tight knit wall of beam saber bits that flew towards the GDF heroes and ID-1, damaging their units and the station. At that moment, the Silentium infiltrator's assault on the inside of ID-1 began with numerous explosions from within the station, blasting debris into the battle.
While Arado and Seolla were working together to take down the Advance Probes, the rest of the GDF pilots outside of ID-1 battled fiercely with Saturnus' Aetas and its seemly infinite beam saber bits. It's ability to produce wide area and localized time stops made it exceedingly difficult to hit and gave it immense control over the battle; the GDF heroes often found themselves surrounded or moving into cages of beam saber bits. Speed proved irrelevant against the Imperatus, and all units were one by one being downed or severely damaged, especially Tasuku's, who through his escape pod entered ID-1 to join the inside front.
During the battle Domon Kasshu was thrown from inside of ID-1 and into the vacuum of space through a rip in space-time; he summoned his Gundam and joined the fray, destroying the Aetas' floating legs in a co-operative assault with Allenby, an assault which surprised the prescient seeming Imperatus.
It was a savage and damaging battle for all present, and likely Saturnus' Aetas had the upper hand, but upon the destruction of ID-1's computer core by the GDF heroes on inside front, Janus and Saturnus had a short conversation before leaving. The two of them seemed to be only following the orders of the Silentium High Council and did not attempt to destroy the GDF, which they cited as an interesting presence in an otherwise boring universe, and left, but not before Saturnus expressed his respect for how impressive the GDF is.

Inside ID-1 Front Summary
The participants in this front were:
Chanda Chandramouleeswaran
Domon Kasshu
Fuun Saiki
Sanger Zonvolt
Signum
Tasuku Shinguji
Teppei Takamiya
X
When Silentium appeared outside and made it's ultimatum for the information, Bright ordered the people on board to protect the computer at all costs. Soon after this, the inevitable battle outside started, and then a number of explosions rocked the station which started venting atmosphere. To make matters worse, the Boson jump teleporter stopped functioning, preventing the crew's escape.
Groups of pairs of armored soldiers appeared on ID1 via some sort of space-ripple teleport, each finding Domon and Chanda; Sanger; Teppei and X; and Signum, each of which were separated on the station. At first they seemed exceptionally unthreatening for Silentium, however something was obviously amiss as any damage dealt to any one of them seemed to effect them all. Eventually the armor's helmet broke at which point it was revealed that “they” were all in fact one person, the Silentium Imperatus, Janus.
The battle heated up as the GDF suddenly found that they could not connect with any further attacks, as he used his space bending powers to stop their every move. Attack's bent around him, passed through him or he simply teleported out of their area. His skill with a spear was such that even when he apparently couldn't do that he could block or deflect the remaining attacks using more conventional means.
After a few back and forth blows, Janus retreated as he continued his search for the computer core. The GDF members had a short bit of rest as they got on normal suits to protect them from the vacuum in various parts of the station.
Janus tried surprise Domon, but Domon managed to counter surprise Janus by blindsiding him with Fuun Saiki. Janus, however, responded by teleporting him outside of the station (see Outside Front log for details), removing the threat before leaving.
Meanwhile, Signum and Sanger rendezvoused at the computer core, where they set a trap for Janus. Three Januses eventually showed up by running through the walls and when he saw Signum and Sanger, he expressed delight. They meanwhile sprung their trap, and with the help of the surprise appearance of Teppei and Chanda, managed to make one of the Januses disappear. Tasuku followed another Janus to the core, where he was just in time for the crucial final moment where he and Signum were key to preventing him from taking the core so that Sanger, X and Teppei could destroy it!
After the core was destroyed, Janus surprised everyone by congratulating them before teleporting out of the station.

Further Notes
- ID-1 was severely damaged, see
this post for the details.
- Ganduro was nearly destroyed and will be unavailable for a week as it is being repaired. The Nobel Gundam was severely damaged and will be unavailable to deploy for a week. Rai's Huckebein Mk II was destroyed outright, but is replaceable. The Falken, Wurger, and Shiro's Gespenst, though heavily damaged, will be repaired quickly enough for deployment next on next week's missions, and the Burning Gundam saw minor damage only.
- The GDF is compiling its information on the known Silentium Imperati for the purpose of creating tac-sim scenarios mimicking them.
