The mission "The Path of the Paladin" was completed successfully.

A large unidentified object crash-landed in Tokyo, releasing a huge dragon-like creature. From the crevices of the object also came a Gedoushuu who the Shinkengers had fought previously. Adeu and Axel fought the dragon, while the Shinkenger team fought the Gedoushuu. However, before the dragon was defeated, the Dark Ryu Knight Galden appeared again, killing it in one hit and absorbing it to gain its power. With his new power, Galden destroyed Zephyr's sword and shield, before seemingly destroying the mech.
The battle against Galden continued, and the Gedoushuu was destroyed, giving birth to his enormous second life, along with a swarm of giant Ayakashi. The Shinkenger team formed Shinken-Oh to fight them, while Axel fought Galden, to little avail. Ultimately, Adeu returned, having taken a trip to a parallel universe called Earth Tear, and come back with a new Ryu called Ryu Paladin Zephyr. With the help of his friends, he defeated Galden, who retreated back to Earth Tear.
