this will be my last week here in Jonkoping. I will be leaving sweden in slightly more than a week's time.
Omg time passed so fast sigh sigh. in other news, just returned from kiruna lapland. So yeah technically, I have been to the arctic circle and back hahha. Not sure I would like to re-live the stinging cold on my hands and feet. Yes, stinging is not a figure of speech. It is real. It really stings when it is super cold. Went into the wildnerness and stayed in real cabin lodges with no running water and electricity. Whatever light we had was battery powered or candles. Toilet was a hole and there was no sink to wash our hands! And to keep warm and cook, we had to chop wood and make a fire. hahhaha very primitive. And the only source of water was from a hole in the frozen lake. It sad we didnt get to see the northern lights or do skiing (closed cos of management issues). Negative twenty five is the furthest I would venture already hahah.But an awesome experience nonetheless :)
Sigh many exams and reports to complete for this week before I pack my bags and head for the last leg of my travelling. Do i miss singapore? Hmm I dont think I miss the food and the environment. But i definitely miss the people there. My family, my grandma and my friends. Am i excited about going back? No. Am i excited about NTU? No. Am i excited about eating good chinese food back in singapore? No. So in a nutshell, I am not really excited about going home unlike the others.
I actually have an exam tomorrow but I am so sick of studying sigh sigh sigh. I am stuck between wanting time to go faster (so my reports and exams will go by quickly) and wanting time to slow down. Actually I still have about a month in europe. Hopefully, I will be more excited about going home by then.
