You might recognize him to be one Sammy Winchester, except today, he's Dr. Sammy Winchester. He's fresh out of rehab, and has been trying to return to work for days, but no matter how hard he's trying, he can't get his life back. Now he's going directly after the source: Dean and Anna, the two people that can give him everything he needs. If only he could get past this damn nurse!]

Dr. Simmons sent him a letter of recommendation, the Chief should have given me clearance by now!

[ooc; Previously, on City Place Anatomy, Sammy's out of rehab and looking to get his life back, including Anna, the cardiologist that broke his heart when she staged an intervention to send him to rehab. She's terrified that he'll hurt her again, and while she supports his efforts to stay clean and get his daughter back, she tries to hold off on falling in love with him again.
This week, after Sam spent days calling Dean and Anna, and stopping by their respective houses to try and find them, he's finally starting to lose it. He hasn't started using again, but damn if it isn't tempting. He's lost his daughter, his girlfriend, his brother and his job.
