To each their own I suppose, but Matarazzo will forever be emblazoned in my mind as Dawn Weiner. Thinking of her as anything other an awkward pre-pubescent is impossible for me.

I have similar trouble with Michelle Trachtenberg.

Yeah, I remember that flick, but I saw her in other things, like "Now And Again" playing the daughter of Margaret Colin & John Goodman.

Are you kidding? I own the first two seasons on DVD and am royally PISSED that Paramount has shelved the release of the final season due to lackluster sales of the first two seasons. The Adventures Of Pete and Pete is in my top 5 TV shows of all time, easily.

To answer the question within your question, yes, Michelle Trachtenberg will forever be Nona, the little girl with the perpetually broken arm, to me.

Yes, yes I know. She was also one of Little Pete's friends who appeared most famously in the "Nightcrawlers" episode. Wasn't she the one who pulled on her own pigtails to keep herself awake? Or was that the militant Krebscout chick?

At any rate, that role wasn't big enough for her to "always be" that for me. Weird how that is with something, huh?
