Yay Queens!
I am so pumped for the rest of my already exciting year!
Highlights thus far include:
-field course in the beautiful Algonquin (subset points include: rowing out onto Lake Sasajewun after seeing and hearing wolves by the light of the full moon surrounded by bats, finding 'lucid dream tea' made from sweet gale, also known as 'myrica gale' to the scientific world, watching my 60 year old retired U of Waterloo prof stumble back to his cabin and fall into the bushes after taking bottle shots of rye)
-three days in a row of parties, including hanging out at karaoke night at the Tir Na'nog, dancing at the Ale and playing on the playground with Laura, Logan and gang
-STRIVE getting off to a kick-ass start with a list serve (yay!) already four pages long and a lot of interest
-classes being awesome and slightly...weird (I get to see a frog killed and skinned next week in physiology...not sure how I feel about it) One of my profs looks like Hook without the wig (white hair and black eyebrows...weird).
-homecoming!!!!!!!!! this weekend, which should kick butt, starting with an awesome kegger at my house tonight and followed by shouting at morons on aberdeen to smarten up on saturday
