Noticed an old question from before the Round Robin started that, looking back on what has been done so far, made me smile. Wanted to share a little. <3
Q: How will this work with different styles of ficcers? Some people in this comm are pretty much exclusively, say, comediennes, or angsters. One big story?
A: that will be part of the fun. =] and the individual pieces will be relatively short, to help make sure that people can get in their style without dominating the entire mood of the story. make sense? and it will challenge each writer to embrace other styles, forcing them to work with something they might not be use to. i think it'll be a bit rough the first round, but i think the writers around here are pretty fantastic and will be able to work it out =D
A2: This was a GREAT question and one that pointed out a problem that appears to have not been a problem at all! As I said, the different styles has turned out to be some of the fun. Our fluff writers have given us cute scenes, our drama lovers have furthered the plot, our angst writers have filled the story with suspense, and every kind of writer in between has added to and helped to shape this story into something terrific!
I'm really excited for this story. It's going brilliantly so far! I cannot wait to share it with everyone <3 I'm so proud of these writers!
