This is simply high speed (think of it as high speed interent "cable/dsl") on your phone.
The broadband speed and the enabling of VCAST.

I must say... I'm in love with Microsoft Vitsa.
I've downloaded previous versions, betas if you will.
But this is the Pre-RC1 released on Aug, 25th.
And guess who's got it?!?!
Apparently this build is the most efficient, stablist, and best yet.
