Walking In A Winter Wonderland
On Friday was my 2nd brother's birthday, he's 30 now. We (actually I) made pizza with tuna fish and onions, cooked & spiced ground meat with mushrooms, small pieces of paprika and tomatoes, salami with the same things above and ham with pineapple chunks. Above all cheese, of course. That was the third time in a row that I had pizza on the weekend :-) Delicious.
I didn't feel well since I got sick on monday so I layed down on the sofa after dinner and slept in, got up later and went to bed.
On Saturday my brother invited us to a restaurant for lunch. After that our parents and I walked the way home (4 km) on "The Planet-Footpath". My brother drove home 'cause he's lazy. When we were home again I catched my cat and went outside with him playing. He's always like a dog... a cute little pal. The weather was really nice, - 2°C, sunny and no wind. I, unfortunately, let my camera in L so I couldn't take any photos :| The snow was so beautiful and firm enough that I didn't break in. I miss the snow here in L. It's the only thing which makes winter lighter. I love snow. Everything's magical when it snows, everything looks pretty. The clothes are great. Coats, scarves, gloves, hats. (S1) The whole world changes color. Flakes, flurries, swirls, crystals, whatever form it comes in. I'll take it. Sleigh rides, ice skating, snowball fights. (S5)
In the evening Marleen came by and brought her own "The OC Season 1 DVD Set" and we watched the first 4 episodes. First in English, and then she couldn't take it anymore (especially Adam Brody's/Seth's deep voice) and then we changed back to German :[
On Sunday after lunch we drove to Wiesenbad and visited a little tropical house with snakes, spiders, !frogs, iguanas, cameleons, antz, turtles, butterflies and tropical plants like bananas or palms. After that we walked a little in the area around. The river beside the path we walked was iced nearly everywhere on the surface. That day was sunny, too.
After lunch my dad drove me to C and I took the train to L again.
I got a VCD from Mrs. Chiao and copied it that night. And then, I only wanted to look if it worked alright, I got stuck to it and watched the whole movie hence I got to bed at 2.30 am. today and only slept 5 hours.
