Every setting conveys a thousand realities and the joy of photography comes with emphasizing the dimensions that bring personal choice to bear. A still scene without apparent action can reflect anything between tranquility and horror. Leaving its capturer the choice.

She speaks the truth. I'm sad I haven't really had time to go out and take a few shots. But then again, it's really been too humid lately. Foggy lenses = bad
Just over the hump in the second week at Wesleyan. I'm starting to doubt my dropping that sociology class. Even though my two hard classes (plant systematics and molecular cell bio) haven't really turned up the heat yet, I think I could have handled sociology alright. I've never given up on anything like that before and... blarg. >.<
But there's a line to be drawn between determination and hubris, I suppose.
Lots of memorization for plant systematics. Lathyrus latifolium is the everlasting pea, and it's part of the Fabaceae family! Whee! How about chicory? It's scientific name is Cichorium intybus, part of the family Asteraceae. Neat stuff, eh? :P Every class is just like lab, so it's definitely a different type of setting for me. It gets tedious after several hours, but it's interesting in a trivia sort of way.
And now... now, I think I'll spend some relaxing time in the Den!
