lots of activity
Long day. Marked mostly by the final departure of my beloved horse, Risen. I had my last ride on him today and my last time seeing him, ever. I've managed to keep it together pretty well today, but I feel myself slowly collapsing from the impact. I'm going to miss him so, so much. I know I'll get through it and move on to bigger and better horses, but he'll always be special. Sigh....
And then an almost as big upset. Fantasia won American Idol!!! Boooooo...Oh well, both her and Diana were great but I just thought Diana had that little extra sparkle in her voice. Fantasia was too Macy Gray and it just irritated me. Ok, I sound ridiculous being so wrapped up in this capitalistic empire of a tv show.
And I didn't really eat a decent dinner tonight and feel kind of anorexic. Oh well, I won't go malnourished.
I feel pretty energetic at the moment. I'm looking forward to tomorrow and the rest of the weekend. So if you're going to be a part of it, then I can't wait!
