Good song by Alesana, and also what i want to say to most of my friends right now. You guys in the NOD squad, as a general whole, are some superficial ass-fucks. you try to help someone, and end up insulting me and my girlfriend.
i dare you all to find three reasons not related to age, distance, or weight, why i shouldn't date her. You can't, i've thought about it, and i know her and i can't. good luck trying.
so instead of helping your emotionally distraught friend, you come up with one decent plan that you probably won't enact, and then insult me. congrats, you suck and fail.

Nim: because honestly, she's the best out of all of you. She supports my decision and isn't superficial or stupid. and honestly, she did what she did for good goddamn reason, because we. did. NOTHING. self included, we got nothing done with brian, and i tried. say she's trying to make you her pawn or whatever, but seriously, she's trying to get her help the last way she know's how. she's asked before and you've just turned a deaf ear to her. maybe if we all worked as a collective to get him to talk to her, it would work, instead of just one person trying to help her and the rest of you distracting her from it. with her, that isn't a solution. just saying
Iz'tel: because you make jokes but you do it purely as a joke. you don't actually dislike my girlfriend and you are good with us being together. If you ever meant the jokes seriously and were using that as a reason, i'd be very angry at you. also because you and i can make and take jokes together but we love each other and support our decisions if they should be supported.
the rest of you, hetty, pat, morg, brian, this falls all partly on you. The first three have done nothing in the line of helping jen, at least not getting brian to talk to her, and brian, you just left her there. no good reason. why? because she's not your personal ball of playdoh? because you can't control her fate? you're a good friend of mine but honestly, this needs to stop if we do have to tie you down, then so be it. morg, hetty, pat, you all enjoy making fun and insulting so much but get over the fact that i care for someone in a serious way and go help with brian. For Nim's sake, at least. she needs it guys, regardless of if you think you're hurt from it, or gonna be bored without her, or if NOD will go on with or without her. get over your selfishness, and do something for a friend, not looking away and letting her be. let her be, but in that time, go talk to brian. corner him, make him pay attention, and let's make things right again. let's be the friends jen needs, not the pawns you're making yourselves out to be.
