Why does it take longer for me to get ready to go when I'm in a hurry???
I woke up at 5am to complete an application for a job today. It took me an hour and a half to complete the thing! I did take my time to remember what jobs I had over the last 10 years. Who cares about all of that? What I have been doing for the last 5 years relates to the job... Nothing more.
Oh, and remembering my addresses for the last 7 years was a chore. They are just going to do a background check to find out all of this information.
I really hope this pans out. Or at least I hope that I get more interviews if this doesn't work out.
I'm trying something new in this job hunt: Being assertive and calling people if they haven't called me first. I feel weird about it, but from what I hear it does pay off.
