So uh....ladies, I need your help deciding. This question is probably best targeted towards the ...experienced ones.
I'm going to back to the Youth Clinic to get some contraceptives.
Which one should I use?
The pill - 1 pill taken at the SAME TIME daily.
The patch - leave it for three weeks and have a patch-free week (induces period and makes the breasts swollen=/)
Or the Nuva Ring - rubbery ring that you leave inside the vagina for a week and it secretes contraceptive chemical junk.
Opinion, plox?
