(no subject)
ali, jess and i started off the night at 6:30, went to providence to the Cable Car (little indie movie theater where the seats are couches!) to see Kinky Boots, it was halarious!! go see it. oh and the guitarist who is allowed to play there b4 the show for tips sang teddy bears picnic! i love that song, i havent head it in about 13 years!
then we drove to thayer st. went to the good pizza place, and urban outfitters and the cool indian store where i got a pretty ring for $4 and two free bangles, and jess got 4 free bangles cuz she said the magic word! lol
then we drove around in circles and got slightly lost for a very long time, before realizing we had to go to the other side of the river to get to the complex, and it hit ali and i at the same time, it was kinda funny if not uttlerly frustrating!
we finally got to the ocmplex and it was still emtpy around 11 but good timing anyway and started out a little rough, but my favorite part was the alt vault (wbru's alt rock club) except for an icky short old hispanic guy who tickeled my neck ( i guess to get my attention) and told me i was cute at the alt vault..it was sooo creepy! but this other guy looked like he should have been in a jazz club and had the coolest hat ever so i told him i loved his hat, he was just like the jazz guy in that sex and the city episode but younger and hotter!!! so it was fun times.
oh and we passed a stake out in a nice east providence neighborhood!! we were lost and tried to ask the cops directions but there were 3 carloads of cops sneaking around a house and he told us to go and then the 4th car pulled up with hands on their guns! it was crazzzy!
