sick day
Yesterday was bad for me, with the misplaced drama, crazy weather, and dirty ukay-ukays; I got sick today for the first time in awhile. I woke up with chills and aching joints, but school really had me committed to doing my best to go.
For all my irresponsibility and tardiness, it's slightly comforting that in the haze of fever, I still go to class to have my attendance checked.
James G had Sam eeliphant, Caloy, and me over to the DZUP radio studio for a strangely enjoyable interview. Being in Broadcast, he had a semester of manning the booth for half an hour, with a program of his choice. We talked about the internet, networking sites, and big-idea issues which I handily tackled with my Own Brand Of Ignorance. Yay! Next time we're talking about anorexia. I do hope James was joking.
My chills got worse over the afternoon, and I curled up in a corner of batibot to nap. Then came the re-scheduled video shoot from yesterday, which I just drifted through as well. I hope it went great; the new story was tight and effective. So much for DNA.
Math 1 was the worst. Kim A thought I was dying. But I wasn't, at least in hindsight. Right now I'm still oddly sensitive to pain, but the aches are gone and my fever's down slightly. Hopefully I'm well for tomorrow, because Media Laws and Media Society class will not wait for me.
This semester kind of sucks.
