Feeling like a Christian Scientist with Appendicitis

Life has its ups and downs...

I was lucky I didn't get my ass reemed for showing up for the wrong shift and missing the one I should have been at. I hate being thrown around in the schedule so much.

Hiked Mount Baker. Went to the Trail Head, Hiked to Artists Point and then on to Table Top Mountain, and back. Went from 4300' to 5700' in four miles and then came back down it. Then stopped off down a small trail by the parking lot and dunked my head in the glorious glacier water. Apparently some other hikers saw a black bear run right above where I was at when I stopped and looked at them on the lower (and flatter) trail. It was surreal, and glorious to actually experience.

Then went had gourmet pizza at the NorFolk and THEN went DANCING ALL NIGHT!

I am crazy, but it was awesome.

Earlier that weekend I jumped the sad lower cliff at the falls, but that took all the guts I could muster. At least I can say I have jumped the falls... And try and leave out the chicken shit part.

Been having trouble thinking straight and feeling very ditsy lately. Something feels wrong with me.

I think I am becoming a shell or something... I just keep itching to move as far as I can from here and not look back for a long while... As long as I can.

Hopefully this year I do it.

That is all.
