(no subject)
Apparently it has been awhile. Not much is new so I never really post anymore.
Our adorable little kittens will be coming home around April 6th. I cannot wait! We went and saw them today and they are getting so big but still pretty small! When they meow it is still...I don't know how to describe it. It's a "small" meow and still very babyish. So cute. Parker is very much a reserved kitty who likes to play by himself and he is a Mama's boy. Logan is very outgoing and loves to play! Two very opposites and I love it! We have been cat proofing the house and going to Petsmart a lot getting them things. Lots of toys and beds to sleep in :-) Kind of like preparing for a baby!
Other then that...nothing is new. Curtis and I are both ready to leave our jobs and get out of here. He is not enjoying his job anymore because he is always there. I hate my job because I don't feel like I can be myself and am always getting in trouble for talking. What else is new? I am always getting in trouble for talking. I hate it. I guess I need a job where I am by myself and something where I don't talk in order not to get in trouble. I'm just trying to make the best of it. Hopefully we can move soon.
Tomorrow I am going to the Gene Juarez Spa and Salon in Bellevue. I have an amazing husband. He called me Monday night and told me that I have an appointment down there tomorrow at 1:30. He won't tell me what I will be doing. I have a feeling it is a Mani/Pedi and then like a massage (hopefully a massage, because I need it!). He is such a wonderful husband and he knows how stressed I have been with dealing with work things, cleaning the house all the time, and trying to get ready for the cats to come home. I need to do something really nice for him, too.
Our anniversary is coming up in a few weeks!!! (The day after Easter). I can't believe it has already been a year. THis time last year I was packing and getting ready to head to Nashville. Ahhhh. It's gone by so fast! I need to figure out what I am going to get for Curtis. I want something that he is going to use. I thought about getting him a little thing that he can put his keys, wallet, and phone in when he gets home. Something really nice. I don't know. Any ideas? I thought about a couples massage, too. I don't know. His birthday is also 3 days after our anniversary, too.
And the biggest news? Easter is less then two weeks away and that means I get to eat sugar again!!!!!!!!!!! Woot! I am going to make a big ole cake for Easter. Yum! I can't decide if I want to do brownies for Easter and a cake for Curt's birthday, or what. I don't know.
