Score another one for that compassionate airline industry, huh?

So, my hometown is in the national news, because this couple from Worcester and their 3-year-old daughter got booted off an AirTran flight from Florida due to the child's "unruly behavior". But depending on whose version you read, the poor kid might have been scared to fly home, because the flight to Florida was likely painful for her due to recent ear surgery.

Any way you slice it, I think AirTran handled this poorly. The comments some of their employees made to these people were just rude and inappropriate, no matter what rules were allegedly being broken. You just don't tell other people how to discipline their children.
