(no subject)
So let me tell you about this guy....yes,there is always a guy.
Nov 18th at the midland college battle of the band ( you can read more about that in my back entires)I got to go to "backstage" (which was with a room with pizza) I walked in and a boy who was sitting down pointed to by keyboard belt and said "that is the coolest belt I have ever seen". "Yeah ,it is a cool belt" I responded but what I really wanted to say was " Where have YOU been?!"
I could not take my eyes off him all night, a few times I was sure he caught me. I left that night, not knowing his name or number. I would be in bed, watching tv or at work and he would just pop into me head. Feeling bad that I would never see him again......
Fast forward to mid-december. Ashley was in town and me,her and her sister Alex went to the new starbucks. I was in line waiting to order and there he was. I turned to Alex and said " i think the lost of my life is here". We sat down after we got our drinks and I would steal glances at him, well needless to say I got caught.
He smiled at me and came over. I got his name and found out that we are friends on myspace(everyone has a myspace) and that I helped him once at hot topic.
We chatted for awhile then he left with his friends. Now since then we left comments on each other myspaces and send each other messages. I tired not to think about him, but I couldnt stop. I stopped leaving him comments and figured just let it be.
Well tonight this new cafe by where I live wa having bands play. I call some people but eveyone is busy so I go by myself. There was like 3 cars in the parking lot . I park ,walk in and guess who is there playing jenga?.....you guessed right....He sits with me while a drink a coke and then tells me he;s about to play. I sit there watching him play ,smiling like a idoit and trying not to show it. Then the best part.....
"This next song is decaited to Michelle...I know she knows it..."
In all truth, I had NO idea what the song was. I know I heard it before but I just couldnt piece it,either way I was happy to have in played for me.
I stayed until he was done, I was gathering up my things and as I turned around to leave he was standing behind me. I got the whole "thanks for coming out" speach, he gave me a hug and then this "we'll hang out sometime"
