Life is still going well, all things considered. Pulling out of some real busy times at work where I was overwhelmed and fell way behind last week. Things slowed down on Monday, but I'm still playing catch-up. But at least I'm not bored, right? Bowling's been an up and down thing for me recently. Last night I averaged a 180 with no outstanding scores, but last week, I got to witness a rare sight. Not only was one person going for a perfect 300 game, but two people were going for it in the same game on the same pair of alleys! Wow! In the end, one of the guys got it, and the other finished with a 288 (missed the 11th strike by one pin...ouch)...but the guy's team that got the 288 ended up winning that game, so I guess it just goes to show, huh? Good times.
Golf season is upon us once again, and I'm pretty excited for that. I've also managed to find some people that also play Magic, so I've been playing that a little more often recently, which is also exciting.
Nicole is doing well; she just got a new job which she is excited about. We went up to Frankenmuth this weekend with Jason and Emily and we all had a really good time, but it was nice to share that experience with her. She means so much to me. Then we went to
The Second Guess's performance at Alvin's for Emergenza where I got my ass grabbed by the singer of one of the dumbest bands I've seen (He went out and just grabbed a lot of asses...nothing substantial). Naturally, TSG moved on to the next round of the competition, which I'm rather excited about.
But I am getting sick, I think, and I have to be up in the morning, and the NyQuil is kicking in, so I think that I'm off to bed now. Toodles
