Ugh, my computer is being a bitch. I tried to get a new wireless adapter, and it doesn't seem to be taking well to my network or something. Like, it has no problem connecting to the network, but most of the time, it won't get an internet signal. Bugger. On top of that, I lost the receipt for it, so I can't take it back. Well, I'll hang on to it, and maybe when I get a new computer, it will be better. I do plan on getting a new computer. Probably funded mostly by my tax return, but I have no idea how much I'll be getting back, so we'll see.
Aside from that, things are pretty good right now. My car is working fine. It's good to have it back, and now I can legally drive it too! (Yeah, um, it took me a while to get it to the Secretary of State and get plates and registration for it and stuff...same for the insurance.) But that's all taken care of now, so hooray!
The Second Guess won round one of their "Battle of the Bands"-type-gig on Friday night in a performance that was simply dominating. It was good to go to one of their concerts again. It's been a while. They're good music.
