Things at work are def. picking up. We have a conference in India October 28-November 4. There's so much to do before then. I've stayed last every night this week.
Good news is that I get to go! I leave the states on October 23 and arrive in Bangalore late on the 24th. I'll get to sleep and then wake up to watch the first game of the World Series. On Oct 31 we fly to Delhi and spend a few days there. I get to travel to Agra to see the Taj Mahal too.
On the way home, a coworker and I are stopping in Munich for two nights, taking a train to Zurich and spending two nights there.
Should be a fun trip, but I'm nervous about the actual conference. I've heard some interesting stories from past events...
Also, with the merger my job was eliminated. I'm not upset, actually happy. The new company is totally effed up. My last day is December 31. January = travel
