father's day
yet another dumb, arbitrary holiday pandered mostly for the purpose of selling dump greeting cards.
would it be wrong to tell my family that the show i suggested we go see for father's day (not expecting them to be interested) is sold out, because it's too big a pain in the ass to go to? it's not like i'm lying, it's just the only thing left is general admission, and i don't think they've wheelchair accomodations for that (for my mom), and it'll be really crowded.
can't i just show up for breakfast? *sigh*
i refuse to think of Father's Day as a moral obligation.
