anyone care for a real post from me?
well, um, not much been happening, nothing interesting to all you other interesting people out there. but, figured i'd write a bit anyway. hm, Sarah is officially gone *tear and Megan Johnson is officially moved in *yay! Sarah and Ken's house is amazingly clean and one no longer has to hold one's breath when entering. i've been at the fricking gallery every damn day, fun and exciting, NOT. but at least i got to see a bit of the Coastguard Festival and the best fireworks i've ever seen in person. it was worth not having any friends but my boss and her husband to go with. (not that i'm whining, i forgot my phone at the apartment anyway)
the class that i'm taking is about done with, done with that stupid presentation, but i worked my ass off and probably did pretty well. and i think my teacher, either her or someone real close to her has cancer and had to cancel class and find a substitute for the last three meetings. feels kind of awkward. i've never known anyone close that's had cancer, but i know enough to know that it's horrible times.
hmm, anyway, on a much more exciting note, i finally, after over 8 years of 311 being my favorite band and my friends being stupid and no one ever willing to go with me, finally Elise is the only cool person on the planet and I am going!!!!! less than 2 weeks, whenever i think about it i jump up and down!!
am reading Harry Potter #6 now, it's kind of a shame that i read it so fast, but it's enjoyable, as always. i wish Sirius was still with us. *tear. though i have vain hopes that somehow he will miraculously return from behind the curtain!
well, off to read some more and to dream of sasage and naked swimming, cause i never got it when i was promised!!
