(no subject)
I haven't visited this silly little online journal in ages. I felt it was time to revisit my past... and tadah! Here I am. I can't believe January has flown by the way it has. It's my birthday on monday and I'm going to be twenty freaking years old! Gah! My roommate just gave me luggage for my birthday! I'm very very excited about it. The reason why I got such a fabulous gift is all because of a bingo game. I won nothing and malissie won luggage and a purse/laptop holder thing. The funny thing is that she won her last set of luggage at her prom, so she then had 2 sets. So she gave me one!! Otherwise, my car is broken... I think the radiator is kaputt. So my parents are headed up to check it out today! It's all very exciting. My only hope is that they take me out for lunch and we get chinese food!! I sometimes feel like a ward in a mental institution... (why not prision? you may ask, well college isn't quite the murderous rampageing cell like place so much as it is solitary people becoming hermits in their little rooms occaisionally becoming so unused to human contact that when people knock on the door the college student puts the t.v. on mute (their sole companion) and pretends not to be in. hahahaha. Only sometimes do I feel like I fit the crazy recluse description. Otherwise school is school. Tutoring is just another way to embarrass myself... only it's 1st graders showing me up instead of my own age group. I think it's a great way to earn 6.50 an hour but I really don't see myself teaching a class full of kids the rest of my life. Well, I don't have much else that I feel like talking about other than to say that I'm rather tired and need my beauty sleep. mwahaha
