you've got it real bad
louie was a hellion today! i guess that's a good sign? seriously good thing i got out my running martingale! i wish i had worn gloves though i didn't think about it but those reins are really old and shitty and since he was pulling...yeah bye bye finger skin. he was seriously tearing around the field with me. i tried to keep him collected...but we were cantering so up and down...ya know those crazy jumper horses how they canter with their heads up all up and down...yeah that was us. glorious. he was a tired boy when we were done though. i was like well that's what you get for being a fruitcake when you're out of shape! i'm sure it wasn't helping it was hurricane force winds but regardless...i know i complain he's slow but i'm used to slow...slow is how i roll.
and i got millie looked at. freaking 2 and a half hours sitting in the dealership later. holy crap. i watched the news for ever and ever. and the dealership is still under construction so im pretty sure they had no heat in there. omg frozen kaitlyn. i had the whole couch/waiting room to myself most of the time but then these two creepy spanish guys sat next to me. and i was of course listening to them talk to the (adorable) service guy they had and the one guy says 'i was driving here and it kinda blew up and made a huge bang noise. i was thinking that might be something to be concerned about but i forgot to tell you earlier.' i was like WHAT?! your car BLEW UP but you forgot to mention that? dude mine just had a light come on...our breaks were fine i guess she just wanted them looked at...needy car. we did get a new chrome scoop thing for the front cause it was warping and being crazy. and i have to go back and get my tires aligned cause apparently one of them is off kilter. even though the car totally doesnt pull either way. but i was so tired of being there i just decided i'd come back another time.
yay tomorrow is thursday. just need to get past tomorrow...ugh. and yay! totally decided to go to kentucky for spring break. just gotta book my ticket! yay outdoorsy adventures at mammoth caves!
