Happy birthday to me
These ghastly photos are school pictures, 1959 and circa 1966. The hair style is (ugh) popular once again-closely shaven sides and peaked top. Truth be told, though, that was not what was popular then, but merely all that the barber could do with my unmanageably wavy hair. The problem never went away, until a friend in seminary told me not to fight my hair but simply let it have its way-quod vidē:
