My friend Maggie/righthanded and I had been planning to cook a nice dinner, and we finally got around to it.

Planned an interesting menu. Everything took a lot of prep time, but it was a lot of fun, and Maggie showed me up with her cooking skills honed from years of watching Food Network.

Yeah...we'd actually talked about doing charcoal, but didn't have the time.

YUM! I love pimms. I make it with lemonade, orange and lime slices, plenty of mint and cucumber and sloshed around in jug with ice. Occasionally I add basil too.
