Refresh! Refresh, damn you!
Last Wednesday I started having trouble uploading podcasts for my favorite show, The Mike O'Meara Show. Based in Fairfax, VA at the studios of WJFK, I found the show in April totally by accident. It was then I found that listening to talk radio (the right kind of talk radio) made the 35-minute drive to work simply fly! I cherry-picked segments for the first few weeks, but by June I was hooked.
The show is sometimes infantile, sports-centric and 'turbo-hot' chick-obsessed, but the rest of the time it is HAWESOME.
I burned through a couple days of shows (3-7 weekdays) while cleaning and shopping over the weekend and then rushed to hit 'Pause' when I realized I only had two segments remaining before my stash was totally exhausted. I actually went so far as to email the Program Director of the station to find out what was going on; what a fangirl...
Everything is back to normal as of this afternoon, so I urge you check out even a few segments at iTunes.
