Alex Lambert got voted off American Idol? Emo sadness. Well i guess i can stop skimming Idol now. ;p
lol actually i was there when he got voted off but I had forgotten until I went skimming on Idol again and didn't see him there. Denial? yes, well its sunken in now at least.
Goodbye Alex you had a really pretty voice. I should of done what Julie did with her korean guy and voted for you for support but alas I just couldn't do that. It was my fault. I'm sorry.

In other things to talk about. I decided to try that "don't eat after five" diet and failed. Now I've adjusted it to "eat one yogurt cup or the smallest bowl of cereal i've ever seen after five and nothing else!"
so far.. i've lost five lbs on that alone! I'm motivated to walk now. There is a park nearby with a pretty park and rumors about vampires some 6+ years back. I will be walking that place as much as i can during bright sunlight hours! Who's with me? :D okay.. i'll do it alone. I will be doing at least five sit ups before i go too. ;p
Why a sudden change in diet? I want to be able to buy an outfit in japan off the rack! I have to get off the american size!
