The confrontation with Peter has so much intensity. And again it's a future that feels it could happen -- Mohinder's own work unintentionally having catastrophic consequences. I like that this furthers the notion of Mohinder doing experimental research that gets out of hand...and to see him and Peter on different sides has a very compelling element to it. The anger from Peter is really powerful as is Mohinder's remorse. I loved this line: He wondered how long it would be before these moments had never even occurred.

The future with Molly is heartbreaking. It has such a devastating feel to it captures the lives that would be turned upside down. Not only for Mohinder to be dead (by HRG?) but Molly thrust back into turmoil as Peter and Sylar have to sort it all out...and yet really she's all alone...again.

I love how the last two sections are a question of -- what does Mohinder do with this knowledge? His life could splinter off in any of these directions, but does that become a motivating force in what he does now in the present? Does knowing it present its own problem of what he would be willing to overlook or compromise on because he believes it will make something else right?

I like how Sylar, for his own purposes, is trying to get Mohinder on board with him and they go through their typical banter until Louise's name is dropped and then it's like Mohinder cannot avoid what he knows (love how Sylar picks up on this very fast). It's interesting how you get those little traits about them...Sylar not being the most important thing in a conversation is one thing...having Mohinder consider something else more significant is another issue for Sylar...but also the not knowing, the fact that Mohinder is withholding. What strikes me is that in one of these realities (the one that seems more hopeful) not only does Mohinder have a life with Louise and his daughter, but Sylar as well. Which Sylar doesn't know...It makes for an interesting situation.

Yay for a new story from you :-)
