Sunny dinner conversation.
Every sunday Rob's nan comes over and has sunday dinner with Rob's parents and Rob and me. This fine apart from her conversation skills and the fact she repeatably forgets to bring her hearing aid. She delights in telling us what her neighbours have or have not been doing and who is ill/dead
Today we learnt about:
What her neighbour Joan has been up to (apparently Joan has accused her friend's biscuits for making her bad)
What Robert who lives 2 doors down hasn't done (not mended his window for 3 weeks)
About whatever shit reality program she has been watching.
About someone who has a scar on his liver because he has two liver opperations/examinations
And about the man across the road who has prostate cancer (but we should keep that under our bonnets cos its not commen knowledge)
Every week we have endure this thrilling conversation while shouting and repeating anything we want to say to her.
