Applesauce

I have decided to try to make applesauce from scratch. I have a vague memory of doing it in like second grade and it was delicious. Now I must do it for the holidays. I have to do something Christmas-y. I thought of trying to rally the troops for Christmas Carolling, but I have little faith in my friends' desire to sing Christmas songs when it's below zero.

Oh cool. I just got a phone call invite to a Christmas party happening now! Perhaps if I can wake my Foo we will attend! Merry Christmas everyone!
