Shana is my sister now
My brother got married at Harding Lake on Saturday. It was a wonderful wedding. Shana wore a custom made red corset with embroidered butterflies and a red and gold victorian style skirt that her mom made for her. She had this gold headpiece that peaked down in the front with a moonstone in the center. Shana's bangs were pinned back and curled, while the rest was curled into perfect ringlets. She looked like an elven princess. There were 9 flower girls all in different purple outfits. They each had a set of glittery fairy wings and threw rose petals down the aisle. We all walked to Final Fantasy music because my brother loves all FF except 11.
Our cousin Denny flew in as a surprise for the wedding. He lived with us for like a year and went to Eielson High School. He's such a cool guy. He came to my house after the wedding and played with my broher's new guitar and amp. He's freakin' awesome!
After the short ceremony, we had a BBQ/potluck and everybody had a day at the lake. The water was really cold, so very few people actually swam. Of course we hardcore Salcha girls went out. Matt was a pussy city boy and sat in the shallow water where it wasn't too cold. After sundrying we played beach volleyball. It was pretty fun. I didn't realize how badly I am sun burnt until I was driving home and it started burning deeper. I was a bright red lobster by the time I went to sleep. Our poor aloe plant has no more fatty leaf tips. It's not so bad now, though. I have some permanent white straps, though.
After the wedding we went back to my house for Abunai's 21st Birthday Party. There was some Rockband, some drinking, some sauna, some LANing (I think), and some socializing. There was a dumb party pooper but whatev's. He's nevAr comin' to my house again. Happy Birthday Old Man
