The title was announced. That's a start. Maybe I should actually get around to reading the 6th book. I've only owned it since its release date.
Christmas was delightful. It was very exciting to see everyone's faces as they opened their gifts in the morning. I quite enjoy my new "For the Horde" hoodie, penguin tea spoon, Guitar Hero II, heavenly full body pillows (x2), AND ff12. Matt has been enjoying twightlight princess and his official lucas studios light sabre.
At my parent's house for Christmas dinner it was quite eventful. We did the everyone hangs out/helps cook and eat delicious food, hand out a million stockings and presents to all of the children, "share a talent or big news" tradition, and started a new one: chinese auction for the adults. It was exciting and fun. My uncle cory gave every single one of my siblings and I a 20x24 in picture of Mormon Jesus-->framed and all straight from the Salt Lake Temple in Utah! what are we all gonna do with those? Matt & I joked about putting it above our bed so Jesus could watch us have copious amounts of premarrital sex.
On the subject of marriage, Matt's cousin Rachael accepted engagement to Michael after 8 years of dating. Their grandparents said that they could only come up for one of our weddings and since Rachael's would be first, Matt & I should get married a week later. Rachael decided that the year 2008 was hers, and she doesn't want to she it with me. That's fine with me. I don't want to share that week, month or year with her, either. I'll wait until 2009 when I'll be 21 and can drink at my wedding.
Friday night was my last day at Value Village. I quit and am now working at Payless Shoes in the Bently Hall. After work on Friday I went to see Margie and meet her new husband Zach. Salcha is way out there. We played a few rounds of Apples to Apples and ate Banana Bread that Matt made. Then we left and spent some time in the car together because we were all the freakin' way out in Salcha and it was like 2 am when we left Margie's house.
Last night I went to David's house for Dono's top 5 movies of 2006:
#5 American Dreamz
#4 V for Vendetta
#3 Clerks 2
#2 Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
#1 Lucky # Slevan
There were many fun people there. Far more than we expected to show. I met Sarie. What an awesome person! Too bad she's only here for Christmas Break. At least I should see her tonight at Brandon's New Years Party.
Alrighty, that about fill my future self in on what I've been doing. Oh wait! I forgot to mention that we got Chris ADDICTED to WoW! As he put it, "It's my addiction, I can stop whenever I want! But I don't want to right now; I have to get to level 20!"
Ok, now I'm off to take a shower and go to my mother's house to play games with my family. Perhaps tomorrow I will pack for my 1 week adventure to Indiana.
