Air Musique
Continuing the review of Canadian channels, we have Air Musique!
Sounds: Mostly rap, some rock, electronica, and pop. All in French.
Positives: Music you're not going to hear anywhere else. A great mix, and very talented performers, who actually bring their own style to the music, instead of sounding like a French reincarnation of an American musician. Imaging on the station is very quick and engrossing (although I'm intrigued why none of the sweepers say Air Musique - they all say "Le Mix!")
Negatives: Yet another channel channel had to be deleted for this one to come online, and it was the channel that plays music from all over the world.
Blastability: Low. Not only is it weird with music not of my language coming out of the speakers, but I love the occasional Franglish! "Le louvre zut alors get back motherfucker je manger..." :-P
Overall: Will never be my favorite music channel, and certainly will never be as good as Vibra, but I will be listening!
