At my job, I work back of house. The restaurant I work at is in a shopping center that also has a few other restaurants in it. One of the guys, P, that I work with in the back also works at another restaurant in the center-I work at a Chinese food place, and the other place is a 'bison burgers and more' sort of place that also has AWESOME fresh
