Ugh, cannot WAIT for college now
I just went to an open house at Keystone today...Oh. My. God.
The head of their culinary department loves me. He's thrilled to know that I can cook already, have been working in a kitchen for so long, and that I'm so eager.
It was during the free lunch offered that he said this to me. While everyone was eating, I rushed up to him and he ended up saying "I know you're really into this, because you're here talking to me instead of stuffing your face :D" The emoticon represents his smile. But. God, he was SO nice to me. Impressed, too.
I saw the dorms. They are smaller than my bedroom. BUT I WILL MANAGE. They're about 3/4 the size of my room...and I have to share that space with one other person. So, that means: video game TV stays home. I was going to bring it, but...I don't think I'll be able to fit it. Might get a converter box for my lappy instead and play games on this screen instead. But the sewing machine is coming with me. :| No one is separating me from my Fritz.
I need to bring all my sautee pans and baking pans too. And my knives. And a lot of other stuff. But I'm already trying to make a checklist of the things I need to bring. Gotta work on Anton, Em and Johannes icons for Meltdown too and make a Prussia account for Toshima.
And then get myself active again in Sanctuary. :| So many RPs.
And then I gotta get panel stuff set up. D: GOD, WTF LIFE. SO MUCH STUFF IN ONE DAY!!!
