To those in my Hetalia panel! <3
Edit: If you're going to treat me like someone who can't do a good job because of my height for a cosplay: don't participate. Seriously. I don't want you in this if you're going to make fun of my height.
Okay, so here's the scoop. I know I've got at least most of you friended and vice versa. Don't take this all to seriously, I'm just having a little mini-crisis because we really ought to have a Germany involved in this...
I want to run by some things.
We've got Finland, Sweden, Austria, Prussia, and N.Italy, right?
Okay, well, that leaves me and the other person a little ":|" right now.
Everyone knows I was planning on being Greece for this because, well...I'm Greek, have cats and well...so on and so forth.
I'm not 100% up to switching to someone else.
Because me and our other panelist are debating being Germany and Japan. She was originally going to be Japan, and I would be Germany--but I don't have the body, voice, or confidence to be Germany. Or height for that matter.
Are there any characters that could safely interact with the others that you would like to see? The only pairs I'm seeing so far that would work would be:
Turkey and Greece
Pros: They both can interact with Italy, can cause "fights" with one another
Cons: Turkey has a challenging cosplay to make. And aside from Italy...they can't interact with anyone else in a canon sense.
Poland and Lithuania
Pros: Other panelist and I have the body types for them, easy cosplays to make too. Can interact with at least Sweden and Finland
Cons: I don't want another blonde wig. *has about 12 of them* And I can't stand talking in the valley girl voice for too long.
Estonia and Latvia
Pros: More interaction with well...about everyone
Cons: Blonde wigs, and Russia
Greece and Japan:
Pros: Most likely to happen, I've got Greece done, other panelist has wig needed for Japan. Can interact with Italy, and a bit with Austria and Prussia
Cons: Japan is taller than me .____.
Japan and Germany:
Pros: Axis Power~ <3 Can interact with everyone
Cons for me to be Germany: I'm short. I'm not muscley. I do not have a man voice. Would probably kill Prussia. Do not want another blonde wig.
Cons for me to be Japan: I don't have the patience for the symmetry on his uniform. :x
Cons for her to be Germany: She doesn't like his military uniform all that much.
Cons for her to be Japan: She's taller than me :x
America and Canada
Pros: Fun mistaken identities
Cons: Can't totally interact with everyone :/
Some other options that I don't necessarily have pairs for are HRE, S.Korea, Hungary, Thailand, UK and so on.
Now, the question is...
Has everyone started their cosplays, or is anyone willing to change to something to make these last two slots easier to fill cosplay wise. Do NOT worry though. If everyone has started/doesn't want to change their cosplay, it's totally okay. We'll probably stick with Greece and Japan, since we decided to cosplay those two in the beginning anyways. So, if we do go through with Greece and Japan: does anyone have a friend who would like to be an unlisted panelist and cosplay Germany for us?
